Quick update- I received a response from Thierry, he apologized for the comments mainly due to…read moremiscommunication of our languages via exchanged emails. In addition, I also reimbursed Le Petit Clos for the penalty fee that paypal charged for wiring the payment. And, I was very pleased to hear that he did take my suggestion to state their policy for reservations. Thierry notes on his memo- as of today, Le Petit Clos would send all emails for confirmation of a reservation indicating refunds would deduct after 48 hours from booking date due to imposed fees per paypal. I really appreciate Le Petit's courtesy and kind gesture of clearing up the air despite our differences. Kudos to Thierry for being an excellent merchant who actually listens and respects their customers! :)
