And with the factory a few kilometers down the road in Bitburg had to wash the meal down with a rather large glass of Bitburger beer. The beer was top notch. The meal was a bit overly salted including the fries that would've been fine without so much sodium. The flavor was ok but not the most memorable. I was a little confused at first but soon realized that you actually go inside to place your order and then they bring the food out to you. I ordered a glass of white wine and the shrimp salad. The wine was delicious and perfectly complimented the salad. The salad was good. It was a little small so I wish I had ordered something else because it didn't satisfy my hunger but it was super tasty! I loved the gorgeous views provided on the patio. Everything was just so nice.
