The hotel rooms are clean, modern, and generally well laid out. Hotel staff is cordial and very attentive. The breakfast service was relaxed and sumptuous. Valet parking services also friendly and very flexible. If you're looking for an ideal, centrally-located base for exploring historic Lecce, this is highly recommended.

The room and bath were spacious and clean. The breakfast was standard (not that there is anything wrong with that) and filling. The closed restaurant made us a fresh minestrone, the best I have ever eaten, and wonderful local cheese to follow. Not huge, but very comfortable rooms. Generous public spaces. In the absolute Center of Lecce's magnificent palaces, public and private, and even more resplendent churches. Lecce was, after all, the star of Sachaverel Sitwell's "Southern Baroque" (c. 1928).
