Klagenfurt is a small town and this may be the nicest hotel in town. They have larger room available but I always have this business plan room. Much smaller room with small shower and bed. Breakfast is included in the price for about 100€. Breakfast is a buffet style and they have pretty much everything from cheese, meat, fruits and bread. Front desk staff is always friendly. Small gym and sauna is available but only after 7am. Elevator is small and slow. I tend to take stairs instead. Overall not a bad place to stay especially for the price available for business plan. read more

appalling customer service. reception staff did not check us in properly and then i became accused of not giving contact details. received disgusting email a month after i left accusing me of not paying a bill. it soon became apparent it was their fault . instead of an apology they decided to play the victim and tell me it was a trainee( after telling me all their staff are highly trained) and i should be more tolerant of their mistakes. it's difficult to be tolerant when you have been accused of being a thief and the reception manager tries to twist the truth absolutely no way to run a business. hotel was also not clean . read more

Amazing Hotel with excellent service! We spent one night here and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Klagenfurt. The rooms are clean, really well equipped (even free sparkling water) and spacious. The service was also amazing. The staff was always friendly and eager to help. Also the location is excellent. Sandwirth is right in the center of Klagenfurt. Best hotel I've been to in a long time! read more

Very very nice and clean hotel. Spacieous rooms. Althugh the beds are too soft. The location is also a big win here.
