I didn't stay in a room but we had a company holiday party in their finest veneus. I have to say they are top notch. Friendly, pleasant staff with a sense of humor. Drinks are served so often I was never thirsty. The food was so good. Bathrooms were clean and tightly! The coatcheck is free and I would have forgotten my special "hoodie" which must have fallen on the floor - which is not made anymore - but this nice young man approached me in the lobby to ask if it was mine. I was amazed he knew it was mine with hundreds of visitors there that night. And no, not like in America, we don't tip for the. We don't use cash. He did it because of the culture and it's just a great place. I can't wait to stay here soon as a hotel guest.

The architectural structure of the building was a little weird as they separated the rooms into 2 sides. I personally did not like the idea of that since they were not able to give us rooms closer to our group. The first day I tried to take a shower, there was absolutely no hot water so we had to use the bathtub but the bathtub did not have a shower curtain so it made it extremely difficult to take a shower as the water was going all over the bathroom floor and after a shower...it looked flooded..I called the reception and they said its already 9pm so there is no one to fix it...we were not offered to switch to a different room in anyway... two days later (we were only there for 4), someone came by to fix it and we finally could shower without flooding our bathroom...Hallelujah! hot water!! We were kind of disappointed with the attention given to such an important item on our list. Location wasn't convenient at all that's probably why the pricing was much lower than expected. A drive out to the city took approximately 1/2 hour as we did rent a car.. All in all, I would not come here again..

Food was decent which is uncommon for conference centres, certainly in Ireland anyway, maybe the continent is better in general. Conferences get an afternoon snack including a soft drink which is a MUCH needed pick me up during a long day. Only other gripe I have is that the gym opened too late for me to use it! 7am & I had to start the conference at 8:30am. Boo!
