English not spoken here. Staff not helpful or friendly. Rooms are adequate. Our room was cleaned only once during our stay; and that took a lot of prompting and pleading on our part. We had to ask for clean towels, and toilet paper several times. Customer service skills are severely lacking. The location is its biggest asset, but with better friendly communication with guests, it can become so much better than it now is.

The majority of the hotel rooms face the main square with a big church which creates a nice atmosphere through the sounds of its bells (and which could wake you up quite early on Sunday mornings). Meals were delicious, quality corresponding with premium price tags - the cook is apparently experienced. The waitresses are pleasant, but not as experienced. The venue - especially the tetrace - very nice. Overall, good experience, we'd probably come back when visiting.
