The service was perfect from the beginning on. They always gave us a smile and the breakfast buffet was more than enough. We found all what we liked. One of the worst services I have ever experienced. The waiter was very rude. First before even…read moresitting we asked him if we could pay by card because we did not have czech curreny with us and he was ofcourse possible . Then ,there was a menu on the table and we were checking it he came and pulled it from our hand without saying anything and gave us menu he brought. Then he came and ask us if we were ready and what do we take to drink. My friend said id like to try this soup and waiter said I asked what "drinks!" Do you want and with a very unfriendly face. Anyways we did not mind him because we really wanted to drink some warm things. And when we wanted to pay he said they dont accept cards. And we told him he just said ofcourse its possible to use cards when we asked him. He said well its not possible at the moment. We had to pay in euros and at the and we paid like 10€ for 9€ bill. Which was also not acceptable. Nothing about 1 € but charging us more and giving us wrong information at the beginning about cards... basically the whole experience wasn't pleasant at all. We did not feel wecomed there and even behaved very rude.

It is close to the skilift and when returning allows to ski inside the hotel premises. Good for me as i was born lazy :). The hotel can accomodate approx 50 people. The hotel has clean, comfortable rooms with good shower. Restaurant Orange le Moon is part of the hotel and has a good breakfast and dinner. The hotel can be booked at half board or for an additional Eur 8,- other additional on full board. Seems to be a good deal as other guests in the hotel told me they were surprised with the dinner they were offered at this price. Management and reception are very responsive and deal with any issues you have there. Still remember the day going up the mountain where the hotel is situated without snow chains and ending up sliding down the mountainroad. Managed to stop the car in a pile of snow :( . A lesson learned !! The manager of Bedriska took a snow chain and drove my car back to the hotel. Bedriska im a fan for all i expect in a hotel is there, clean, good shower, great food and top service.
