First of all, they put us in the room 103, and it was extremely cold, the heater doesn't work, the room doesn't have blanket covers. And we asked them to change room for us, they were being very agitated and defensive about it, and even went to the room to check twice just to see if we are lying about it. After they changed us to a new room on the second floor, the room still doesn't have covers, and we asked them again, and they acted extremely nasty as if it's normal to not have blankets in the room. Note here, we are not asking for an extra blanket, the room itself does not have a cover on the bed. So there is only the bed sheet on top of the bed. All in all, it was the most horrible hotel experience I've had. Do NOT book this hotel. period.
