Very posh and classic luxury here in Taormina. This is the sister hotel of the grand timeo. The pool is warm and the poolside service is exceptional. Warm towels always available. Go down to the private beach accessible only to guests where full bar service is available. If you are hungry, stop by the restaurant next door and get the seafood linguini. Rooms are beautifully designed in classic old-world Italian style. Bathroom fixtures are of high quality. Great place to stay to be close to the beach but away from the touristy craziness from the Main Street: corso umberto. read more

Taormina is my last stop in Italy before heading back to Miami. A Close family friend recommended to stay in villa San andrea, so I booked a 4 night stay. Upon arriving to the hotel we were greeted by wonderful staff who gave us a tour of the property and brought us up to the room. My mouth dropped when i entered. This hotel is the epitome of luxury, opulence and magnificence. I got a beautiful suite facing the water. Wow. So close to the water I Could literally jump off my balcony. Everything about the room is gorgeous. State of the art decor, furniture and amenities. We had late dinner at the hotel restaurant "oliviero". Once again the experience was spectacular. Had a sommelier get us a great bottle of white wine ordered fresh grilled sea ads, grilled swordfish, and side spaghetti w arrabiata sauce. Excellent. Honestly i can't fine one thing to complain about. Service, staff and ambiance are absolutely flawless. Stay here if you are in Taormina! read more
