We are from the U.S. and visited the hotel for one week in April, 2025. We found it very agreeable. There were more guests on the weekend, but during the week it was very quiet. This made it quite nice for my husband and I to enjoy a swim in the pool before bed. The restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating and were very patient and willing to help us with our limited Spanish. The women who cleaned our room did it very well, and were also very friendly and responsive to our requests. We were quite pleased with our stay and will be very happy to return.
Somos de los Estados Unidos y visitamos el hotel durante una semana en abril de 2025. Nos pareció muy agradable. Hubo más invitados el fin de semana, pero durante la semana fue muy tranquilo. Esto hizo que fuera bastante agradable para mi esposo y para mí disfrutar de un baño en la piscina antes de acostarnos. El personal del restaurante era muy amable y servicial y fue muy paciente y dispuesto a ayudarnos con nuestro español limitado. Las mujeres que limpiaron nuestra habitación lo hicieron muy bien, y también fueron muy amables y receptivas a nuestras solicitudes.
