The Van der Valk hotel is the perfect place to stay in Hildesheim. My husband and I were only in…read moretown for one night, but we were delighted at the view from our room facing the square. The rooms are nice and the staff was very helpful. They even let us know there was a wine festival going on that night in the square. There is a restaurant and bar on the first floor. We visited both and I highly recommend both of them. There is also on site self parking for €9.50 per day. If you find yourself in Hildesheim, definitely stay at Van der Valk. Thank you.
