The General manager refused to communicate with me about the problem and rather had his lower management staff communicate with me, although I had specifically asked for him twice. The wifi was spotty and didn't work properly, constantly kicking me off of my devices. Construction noise woke me up early in the morning. Not a pleasant stay. Managent staff was unhelpful and very curt with me. The front desk girls were nice.
