Here's what you can expect. Call for service at a rental you own. The owner of Hotline shows up, diagnoses a stove problem then badmouths the the landlord (us) to the tenant (as our tenant informed us.) Shocked to hear this person claimed TO OUR TENANT we didn't pay our bills, and good luck getting a working stove out of us., wont repair the stove. After hearing this from our tenant, we called him directly to hear the same claim of an unpaid bill, again shocked to hear this. We've never not paid his bills with records of several payments and many face to face encounters over the years with never a mention of this issue. Our follow up to get to the bottom of his issue was met with unanswered phone calls and a personal visit to the business address - again without response. Finally, during a second attempt for a face to face at his business location, I accidentally ran into him. He had no cares in the world about his unresponsiveness and no intentions to respond. No cares over his unwillingness (inability) to back up his claims or to resolve his issue. No concern over our attempts to resolve HIS issue, and no inclination to do anything. No regard or comments/slander for discussing his issues with our tenant. I was told, "Our problem", the bill was "8 or 9 years ago", "wrote it off". Over the years, after several service calls - each of them less than $200 and paid in full, this is the way this ends. And for certain, it ends. I have only had Hotline to my home on one occasion. The tech was very plesant. My dryer needed an expensive part to keep running and stop when the door open. He gave me the option to install the part or just let the dryer keep turning when the door is opened.He explained all I had to do was turn it off and the tumbling would stop. That was about 8 years ago. No huge repair bill and no problems! I need a tech tomorrow and they are who I will call my propane heat stove. read more

Rich is just about the rudest technician I've ever encountered. It makes me cringe to have him in my house. This seems to be the only appliance repair guy my landlord uses and he is flat out rude and I'm not even sure of his level of competence. He doesn't respond when spoken to, either because he really can't hear you or he's just ignoring you. If he does respond, it is with animalistic grunts or nastiness. A neighbor who used him as well had a similar experience, although she got more of a verbal response when he expounded about his level of ability to her. Don't know if there is any other game in town, but if there is, I would look elsewhere for your appliance needs. read more

Too bad 0 stars is not an option! And I'm not surprised to see another negative review on here...the guy was very rude to my girlfriend and treated her like she was on a lower level. Never use this service unless you want b/s fed to you. I didn't have the guy come repair my washer for fun, I had him here because it is not working correctly but he thinks it working just fine. Here is how incompetent this guy is...long story short, while he was here, he was messing with the settings and messed up the computer so he had to unplug the washer to reset it. Plugged it back in and it was still messed up so he says "hmm i guess you need to leave it unplugged for longer" REALLY? Isn't that something he should know about!? Don't waste your money or time on this guy. I will NEVER have this guy in my house ever again! I cant stand the though of having to listen to his b/s. read more

I have used this repair service for many years. Rick has always done an excellent job. When dealing with an older washer recently he presented the options and costs, so I could decide whether to invest in repair or replace the machine.
