He altered tasks to meet his skill level instead of completing them to a professional level equal to what I was charged. It took over a month to get him to my property for what was to be one day of work. He left after three, yet there is not one aspect of what I paid for that I will not have to do additional work on, or will have to hire someone else to fix/complete. In another 10 years, after working under great mentors, he will be great. For now, my money was wasted.

Winkler's came in more than a thousand dollars cheaper than the other quotes and we didn't have to skimp on the bricks that we wanted. We crossed our fingers and signed. The work was started almost right away and while we had a few delays because of this awful "Spring" weather, the work was completed quickly and it looks fantastic!! We didn't need to be at home for the work to be done and they cleaned everything up once the work was over. We have gotten a lot of compliments from the neighbors! I was so impressed with the work that, being the romantic that I am, hired them as an anniversary present for mowing services. So far, they have cut the lawn twice and they do edging/bagging/the whole nine yards. Very happy with the mowing service as well. To put the icing on the cake, today we got an email from the owner. When they mowed yesterday they noticed some soil erosion around the retaining wall and they are coming back next week to add some additional sod. Then they say today, but they don't come. I ask them a few days later again, they say they will come that day, but don't come. Then I ask them again and they say they have truck issues and never get back to you again regarding what is next because of it. As the customer, you have to be the one to keep finding out what they intend to do instead of given the courtesy of letting you know how to move forward with your lawn care needs if they can not fulfill from their end.

They came out once, and fixed two shorts, but mentioned I could benefit from some modifications to…read morethe house above the fan. Both shorts shorted back out again within three days. I called them back to fix what they had not the first time, and they had the gall to charge my roommate to fix what they had failed to the first time, blaming the modifications I'd already declined. I was at work at the time, and when she called I did not want to put her in the middle of it so I told her to pay the person. However, it's really awful in my opinion she was put in that position. Next, I find out that not only have their repairs failed before I even got home, it has actually been made worse. Now the light won't turn *off* properly either. I accepted one service call fee, and the parts for the "repairs" they did, but protested the second call to fix what they failed to the first time. And... the final icing on the cake? They had the temerity to yell at me via text, tell me it was my fault, and even when I told them "ok we're done here", they continued to harass me!!! This guy/these guys (there were two, but one seemed the boss) are in my opinion no one you would want in your home, ever. Don't hire them, and if you do be sure to get it in writing that they will not charge for re-fixing what they failed to the first or even third pass. Because you will need it...
