On the other hand they have a bar and they were serving to minors...didn't even check their id's. I've never seen an employee clean any equipment or repair any damages on any of them, which is VERY DANGEROUS. I wish I could say good things about this place but they treat their customers who are trying to live a healthy lifestyle like shit.

I cancelled, or so I thought, my membership in March of 2026. I check my bank statement the next month and they charged me again in April, thinking okay maybe this is just the way the cancellation fee works. I check again in May and they had charged me again. I finally got in to speak to them and apparently the worker who "cancelled" my membership in March didn't really cancel it. I requested to cancel the membership indefinitely but they made it very clear that they would not be able to refund me for the months they've charged me for, which I thought was odd but took it to the chin and went on with my day thinking this was taken care of for good. It is now June and they have officially charged me again, and raised their price by $30 dollars. Not only is my membership still not cancelled but I am now out almost $300 dollars I can't get back for some reason. Anyone else have this issue

The yoga was a lot different than what we are used to but I dug it. Focus is mainly on Hatha yoga. Although they are in the same building the spa massages seem to belong to a different entity than the yoga. So if you book both make sure you leave enough time in between so you are not rushed the way we were.

All the classes are different. Some are extraordinarily energetic and not for beginners. Others are low key and designed to teach proper form and alignment before one moves on to more advanced work. The majority of instructors I've had classes form over the years are well trained in gearing their practice to different levels of experience in their students. This is a great studio with a wide variety of yoga classes offered at times to suit people with diverse backgrounds and schedules. Carbondale is very lucky to have it here!!
