It certainly doesn't get much more convenient than that. There are several different classes to choose from. TruX has a lot of the same moves and aspects of CrossFit but without the Olympic lifting. Trustrength has less cardio, and is (obviously) more focused on strength. SWEAT is predominantly cardio. And Glow Boxing is precisely what it sounds like - a cardio boxing class under party lights. There is even yogabon Saturday morning. The folks are nice the coaches generally good. You can register and schedule classes with the mind body app, which is hella convenient. It even syncs with my calendar. My main beef is that, only being open a few months, the schedule changes, generally without notice. I have scheduled classes at specific times, only to look at my calendar a few days later and discover that the time on the class was changed to a time I never signed up for. Easily fixable, but annoying. Hopefully random scheduling changes will happen less and less often as the Detroit location becomes more established.

The gym is nicely organized, well maintained and had a great vibe from the tribe. Dropping in was no problem and at a competitive price. They had plenty of equipment for a large class (about 20) and Nina (the coach) did an excellent job with breaking down the work out of the day. As I made my way to the front desk to pay the $15 day pass (not a bad price for everything they offer), I noticed a plaque that said "phone down, eyes up" so I knew I picked the right gym. As I became familiar with the equipment and layout, I noticed that everyone there was serious into fitness, but in a good, non-intimidating way. As a 41 yr old who is no longer a powerlifter, but lifts for overall conditioning, I felt right at home. They had everything I could have asked for. Their turf area is huge and filled with all sorts of HIIT/crossfit style items. On top of all of this, the music was so good, I didn't have to put by headphones on. Overall, its a serious gym, but one that welcomes anyone no matter where they're at on their fitness journey. I wish I still lived in Saginaw so I could make this my home gym.

This place is way bigger than it looks with a massive turf in the cardio area with all the fun toys to play with. All the equipment was in good condition and worked as intended. If you can't find what you want then you don't know what you're doing ‍ I was just in town for a couple days for work and completed my lower body day before I came because I was worried a gym wouldn't have what I needed (I'm spoiled at DMV Irom), but this place did have what I needed. I really wish I would have come here another day. If you don't mind neon club lights at 5am you won't be disappointed My only complaint is no water bottle filler just fountains available, but that wouldn't stop me from joining or visiting this gym again. Prior google reviews complained about the owner or social media issue, but the one employee I encountered was super nice and welcomed me into the gym like a regular.
