I was…read morehopeful this would become my yoga studio because the location is convenient and I love having a reason to go to downtown Winter Garden To be honest, I really didn't care for the classes I went to - both 9:30 am classes with same instructor. While I still consider myself a beginner, having only practiced yoga for a few months on a regular basis, the beginner class was way too easy for me, even with a very painful hip injury. While I appreciated all the instruction and information the instructor provided, in my opinion she took so much time explaining how to do each pose between each move that I never felt like I got in a "flow". There was a lot of start/stop throughout the class - so much that I found myself getting irritated and timing how long she talked before going into a new pose. Most of the time it was between 60-90 seconds of explanation while either sitting or standing before moving on. I tried the intermediate class thinking it would be different, but I felt it was pretty much the same. (Same instructor.) Maybe it's because I'm used to taking classes with different instructors in other cities before moving back here - I've taken Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, and Flex and Flow classes where the instructors cued the moves and provide instruction on how form should be while IN the poses. I've also taken restorative yoga as well as Yin and meditative yoga classes that were a much slower pace, but I never felt like I was just waiting for the next move. I'm accustomed to yoga classes being more "fluid" and I just felt like the constant start/stop made me frustrated and that I was not utilizing my time well. The studio itself was nice - nothing fancy: wood floors with exposed brick walls. They provide props like blocks, bolsters and blankets. There isn't a restroom actually in the studio. You have to walk out the back and down a hallway to what I assume is a shared restroom for several businesses in the building. The demographic for the morning class was mostly Myself, I am 51, but have been pretty active most my life. women in their 50-60's and they were of all fitness levels. Everyone was friendly and it seemed like many of them were friends. Some go out for coffee after class. It seemed like the other attendees in the classes were content, so maybe I just have different expectations based on my past yoga experiences. One of the owners did reach out to me to see how I did with my free week. I shared most of what's on this feedback with her and she said if I was looking for Vinyasa Flow type classes, their studio definitely wasn't for me. If you're a beginner with practicing yoga this studio may be a good fit for you. If you're someone like me, who has been for and active and attend group exercises classes often, it may not be a good fit. This was just my experience.

Each teacher I've met has a special skill and gift that collectively makes this place good for those trying to heal emotionally, spiritually or physically. It may not be for everyone, as I wanted a studio that focused on slowly getting into alignment, not Gym Yoga or anything too outwardly athletic. They have Kettle-ball classes , nutrition plans and support as well as private lessons for those that need it. My only wish was it was a bigger space with more options to accommodate my crazy schedule.

Instructors are all so kind, welcoming, encouraging and knowledgeable. They're all skilled in a variety which I enjoy because every practice is different. I really love that it's a safe space for beginners and true yogi's alike. Each practice can be modified or enhanced. You're encouraged to come in and just flow with whatever your body needs. Whether that's making it through the whole practice move for move or resting in a child's pose. Instructors also take note on the vibes of the class prior by taking suggestions (such as focusing on abs, hip openers, shoulders etc..) into account and implement it which is appreciated. Now I will say the heat is no joke. Best way to describe, think yoga in a sauna. Prepare to be drenched. *Pro tip: bring a towel that will cover your mat. There are classes without heat as well as Yin (slow paced) available. I enjoy coming here mainly because it's improved my physical as well as my mental. I always leave here feeling sweaty, happy and accomplished!

Stormy is a healer, yogi, therapist, energy balancer, chakra aligner, prayer warrior and all around awesome, caring, hip lady. I never really understood or believed in what she does but now that I've had a few sessions, I can say there's something to it...except I can't really define it because it's different for everyone. If you've ever wondered about energy healing, definitely check out Stormy and Divine Energy at least for a consultation. After my first time talking to her, I knew that she could provide something I didn't even know I needed. If you're not ready to commit to a full healing session, Stormy offers sound healing and kundalini yoga classes for a lower price. I went to one of her sound bath full moon meditations and it was out of this world transformative. Seriously, if you're on a healing journey and have stumbled upon Divine Energy, trust that it's for a reason.

Nikki has those skills in abundance. During the exercise portion and at various points when meditation is cultivated, I found her words to be heaven sent: extremely helpful in achieving a desired state of mind. Nikkk also seems genuinely happy when she greets students. This facilitates the experience in the nicest way. I think she is living the dream, and am so happy to share the joy of yoga with her as an aspirational example

I have never practiced in anywhere that I get so much personalized attention. Instructors are also available for private classes as well. There is a wide variety of classes to choose from which is really awesome, and also classes that focus on breath, meditation, and other related topics. Looking at the website gives you a greater understanding of the range of classes offered. The space is very neat and modern with a pleasant fragrance. Cubby holes are available for your belongings, and there is someone to check you in at the front desk. You will need to enter through the back of the building, and I think there's ample parking space in the strip center where it is located. Classes can be purchased one at a time (currently $15) or you can buy a package of classes. Highly recommend this studio!

He is an excellent instructor who really takes the time to get to know his students. Even when he's teaching larger classes, he still gives attentive and individualized support to ensure everyone is encouraged and progressing in their practice. I started off as a complete novice, but I have improved so much in my practice thanks to his classes. He is great at cueing movements in a way that makes sense and encourages both mindfulness and mind-muscle connection. I used to not even be able to kick my foot up to the top of the mat from three-legged dog, and now, I can do side crow! I can't recommend his classes enough. All of the staff here in general are super friendly and professional. I also really enjoy the special classes and workshops they hold throughout the year. I'm not always able to make them, but when I do, it's always a good experience.

The room I was in is pretty spacious but there's plenty of people in the class so even if you don't have a good view of the instructor, you can still see what the movements are. The class was energetic and the music matched our workout. I recommend bringing your water bottle, a towel and your own mat to class. Hot Pilates has me sweating!

I attended the hot yoga classes. The 60 minute and 90 minute ones. I thoroughly enjoy them. The instructor did go a little bit too fast. And some of the movements were a little bit hard for me because I'm not a yogi, but I did enjoy the classes. I also attended the hot mat Pilates classes. If you wanna get in a good sweat and challenge yourself, I recommend the hot Pilates classes. At first the heat was a little bit much for me, but I got used to it. And after going for a month I improved my stamina and looked forward to attending. They offer massages and private instructor classes. One weekend they had a pop-up coffee bar. And while I did my trail membership, they had a challenge going and did a raffle for winners.
