This was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health. My first impression was wonderful when I called to inquire about appointment availability. The receptionist was quick to answer, friendly, informative and helped me schedule an initial appointment. At the end of our conversation I knew about their philosophy and what to expect on my first visit. Upon arriving I noticed the office is neat, clean and, inviting. The staff is very professional, the building has a large, easy to access parking lot with a wheelchair ramp and ample accessible parking. When I first met with the doctor, he introduced me to their practice, listened intently to my concerns, answered my questions and offered suggestions on my treatment plan. I noticed that the scheduling is such that there is virtually no wait. Additionally, I was happy to find out they accept my insurance. There are two doctors here and both are AMAZING!!! I have been going for a couple of months now. I feel better than I have in 20+ years. Additionally, my tinnitus has virtually disappeared. In the past I have had slight improvements that lasted for a few hours. As of this writing, one ear is still silent after 7 days. The other ears ringing is so diminished that I can ignore it most of the time. My stress level has gone down. I didn't realize how much I was missing due to the constant loud ringing.
