I had been dealing with that terrible mental health for two years and mono for six months when I made an appointment at my mother's recommendation. During the very first meeting, she identified why my brain was acting the way it was and gave me a supplement (I am keeping what I was given private for medical privacy) that completely changed how my brain worked during those anxiety fits and that I use to this day. If I didn't have that supplement given to me, as well as a sleep aid, I can say with complete confidence that I would be even more sick and mentally ill than I was. An hour and a half later we still had not been called back. The receptionist said that she was in a meeting and was not sure how long it would be. I think it is wrong to do that to your patients. She apologized once she met with us and the rest of the appointment went well. I have just come to expect a long wait time when coming to her office.

Unfortunately, when scheduling appointments, they don't ask what days or times or good, so a 1pm appointment for me means I have to take an entire day off work. Honestly, because they are specialist (and much needed) I would move heave and earth to make sure I made my appointment.
