8 years after buying my home, I'm still finding problems that the inspector neglected to tell me about. I specifically asked about the insulation under the house, told it was fine. Come to find out I had NONE!! Now I just found out the kitchen, refrigerator AND furnance are all on one 20 amp circuit. I defintely would stay away from this one!! read more
