I called just recently to inquire about my balance and was told that it was over $400, which would have included the certificate with the expiration date and the one without. I just took both physical certificates into the store and not only would they not accept the expired one, which I could kind of understand (even though gift certificates are paid for and should theoretically NEVER expire), they also refused to honor the certificate WITHOUT an expiration date. I was told that they "decided in their last quarterly meeting that they expired now." She also told me that she could not give me the paper certificates back and that she had to keep and shred them. What a nasty way to treat people. Please do not spend your money here!

The place contained many cool tables, bars, shelving units and military pictures and tables. The owner Chad Tussey was helpful and gave me a card with the website. The website was well laid out with the items divided into categories: furniture, accessories, bourbon barrels, cover your walls, oriental rugs, lighting, stuff for your bar, Kentucky made soaps, candles, and food, architectural salvage, hats, shirts, socks, etc., grooming supplies, new relic finds, and sale items. I think it was well worth it since I probably will never see the flavors of Coke or Pepsi that they have in other countries, unless they decide to release them in the U.S. Few issues I found (which I find in a lot of stores) are half drunk beverage cups with straws just left on shelves, items that are in the wrong aisle, and price labels not under the right product. I tried my best to do what I could with putting certain items where I saw the same of that item, but this is inexcusable. When associates restock shelves, do they ever quality assurance the store? I think it would be a good idea. But since this store had what I was looking for and new things, I will not review too harshly.
