Not the worst I've had but no one wants to say that after leaving a salon. Its chopped and flat and after paying for a blowout, the stylist told me that she's not a magician and can't give me volume, an unabashed admittance of incompetence. I've sat with it for a week and I'm very disappointed I chose to get my hair cut here. The photo of everyone looking professional was not the case for my appointment, and neither was the stylist, Cheyenne, contacting me over text message to argue with me about my experience.
