We recently moved and discovered through mail forwarding that they performed service at our old…read morehouse. This was a simple oversight where I didn't contact them and they didn't contact me - they just assumed that we wanted to continue and did two applications I think before I let them know we weren't there. I've now called them and asked them by email to remove this from our invoice but the payment demands keep coming. They may be good at what they do but they certainly don't pay attention to requests by email to have this straightened out. My first email was July 9th (ignored and not responded to), then July 27th (not responded to), then August 3rd (not responded to). Now I receive another and they're getting nastier insisting on payment and then interest charges. I would honestly expect better from a company that has been around this long. It is really too bad that they simply ignore emails and phone calls. I don't recommend this company. There are so many there that provide the same level of service and would likely be more responsive to any needs.

They went above and beyond the task by selecting beautiful pavers instead of the cheap ones I'd suggested. The stone edging separating the pavers and river & pea stone mixture adds a simplistic beauty to the whole appearance! It's clean, easy to maintain, and so nice to walk on! Nine years of dealing with soggy ground; I hated walking on it. Now, I love going there barefoot and feeling the cleanliness underfoot!
