Terrible service Dept. We had a service call. They said they would let us know in a couple days what was wrong with dishwasher. We called and stopped at the store many times to be told there was too much wrong we just needed a new one. We kept asking for a report so we could decide what we wanted to do. We then received a bill for the service call and I told them I would pay when we receive a report. I was then told there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher It was completely not washing the dishing so we knew there was something wrong. We ended up buying a new dishwasher from another local store. We also paid the $95 service charge because they were going to send it to collections. We paid for a service we never received, but will never shop there again. We had shopped there for years and now they lose a costumer over $95 and our entire family won't go there now . read more

I went to Household Appliance to look for a new dryer. Found one I liked, but I was wanting to compare prices and delivery time. So I went back to ask for a written quote, the manager said no. He was unwilling to give me a quote because I was comparing prices!!! Are you kidding me?!?!? This is the second time I have had a bad experience with Household. read more

Call someone else. They've been "fixing" my dishwasher for six months now. Had an appointment this morning between 8:00 & 9:00 a.m. and they didn't show. Called after 11:00 and acted like I missed the appointment. Poor communication all around. They don't even check messages on their own answering machine. read more

My son bought a bag of Traeger wood pellets for my husband for Christmas, thinking they were for smoking meat, but we don't have a pellet stove. So my husband and I went to return them. I didn't have the receipt with me. The manager said "how do I know you bought them here", basically calling me a liar. I told him I was in a week ago with my son. You can look on your cameras and find us. He said they just can't take them back. It's a $20 item. So my husband let out a few choice words, upset with how the manager was talking to me, basically calling me a liar. So the manager kicked my husband out of the store. I left shortly after...there was no reasoning with this guy. A week later I found the receipt so I brought the bag of pellets back. A sales lady called the manager over, he came, never acknowledged me, never said hello, no pleasantries, no apology for doubting me, never said a word, nor did he even look at me. Once he was done at the computer he handed me the money, and turned to walk away. I said "not even an apology to me", he said we owed him an apology!
