I felt like i wasn't properly certified to operate a forklift and after trying this business I see why. The instructor Victor at Sal Safety Solutions was very knowledgeable/ patient and professional, he showed me videos about safety/ maintenance and forklift procedures and I took the written part , which I passed, but I was so nervous I made a lot of mistakes on the forklift, upon finishing the class ,Victor was honest with me and said he couldn't give me my certificate because of the mistakes I made, which I respected his decision , he explained to me why( which I already figured) but allowed me to come back the next day to get more practice on the forklift , I did and I did much better, I was then given my certificate, which is how it's supposed to be done.. He has a back ground in safety in industrial work places, so I felt very assured I was going to be learning how to do this new job 'by the book'. They demonstrate their COVID-aware work place perfectly, too. Sign in table well away from receptionist, given plastic gloves and access to hand sanitizer before going to fork lift. Advised to bring own mask. Office clean and neat. Bathroom on site, if needed. Three forklift to train with, all in working order. Best part was getting comfortable with the machine, knowing 'I CAN DO THIS'!

We were able to save 1500.00 off the program as to they stated there was a beginning of the school year special 3 - If you pay in full is there a discount? I chose to cancel after realizing the program is not covered by insurance and is not recognized as evidence-based care by insurers or standard clinical pathways. That was not made clear upfront, and it should have been before any financial commitment. What followed was worse. After cancelling, I was given information about my financing and the bank that did not match what the bank later confirmed directly. There was constant back and forth, conflicting information, and I was being pressured about money I did not owe. At one point, I was told that if I did not pay additional money, I would not receive my financing back. Let that sink in. Frank Amato's behavior escalated the situation. His communication was rude, dismissive, and condescending. He crossed a personal line by questioning my judgment as a parent, including making comments about why I chose to have a child with my child's father. That is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Nothing was resolved until I escalated and brought the bank directly into the conversation to force transparency. Only then did the information finally align, the refund get processed, and the loan get closed. This entire experience created real fear around my finances and my credit -- something no parent should have to deal with, especially while caring for a child with ADHD. For clarity, my child is now doing well and receiving therapy that is evidence-based and covered by insurance. Be extremely careful. Verify everything directly with your lender. Get everything in writing. Do not rely on verbal assurances.

The person who answered was very friendly and transferred me to another number which again wasn't the correct one, and that person transferred me to the correct person who was able to immediately see my referral and the initial Preop eval appt was made. I was very impressed with the preop evaluation and assessment and except for the fact that their licensed preceptors double checked their exam findings, I would not have known they were students. The day of the procedure for my right eye was without any issues and again, I was impressed with all the nurses, and certainly Dr Salem was outstanding. My left eye will be done next week and I am expecting the same wonderful experience.
