He was super patient with me when I could get the correct logo file to him. Through several attempts he still was very prompt in answering questions timely ( less than an hour to respond each time). She then agreed to reimburse me if I purchased 2 new hats since they didn'thave any in the store. When I sent her the receipt, she initially refused to reimburse me because the hats were more expensive than what I had initially paid. She ultimately agreed to reimburse me via text, and she also agreed to do the embroidery for free on the new hats; however, when I went in to place the new order, she told me she would not give me my money back for the 2 hats she messed up because it would have to come out of her pocket. Fortunately, our communication was via text msg and when she called security, they sided with me. The lady who does the embroidery is a liar, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this company.
