Said the landlord can but in this property it would have turned off everyone's water and there was no email sent to tenants about a emergency where we won't recieve water. He refuses to show me this video. My apartment has documented water issues. They are refusing to fix my bathroom right now where the tile keeps coming apart. He has came in my apartment twice without my consent and who knows how many other times. I am a single mother that lives alone with kids. The maintenance man said he jumped on my caving in bathroom floor and he didn't fall threw so my bathroom is safe even though supposedly down stairs their ceiling is caving.

It seems very dishonest and deceptive. The physical description was accurate but there were no warnings or advisements indicating that the actual dimensions of the property varied from what was shown. Buyers beware, Real Estate agents are the new version of shady used car salesmen. Luckily I found out the actual dimensions before I made a costly mistake. Just as a point of reference, the actual lot size was between a half and a third of what was shown on the map. I don't know if this due to some technical error, laziness or incompetence.

I had made several attempts to reach both the property manager and the corporate offices on 2 Science Dr. only to be ghosted. As a result of a major theft of property and harassment, I document with both audio and visual equipment in accordance with WI law. The property manager has poor social skills and no impulse control and has been known to shout, on a recorded phone line, "you are hated, everyone hates you" when I refused to do her a favor. She once told me that she recognizes my incoming calls because they come in as "unknown caller" and ignores them unless she has made a request for me to contact her My opinion is that these experiences are not outliers but more the norm. I have never been told I am hated before. Do I expect too much from a property development, management firm? Maybe.
