But they promised to have supervisor call me...no call. When I called again and asked to speak with Carl, they said he is an absentee owner. When you wish to speak to the owner to complain about paying $150 charge for this, he will ignore you. I called these guys to repair our front gate. They sent over 2 techs, both nice guys. One didn't know anything about gates, but that's okay. The other told me that I needed a new circuit board. They left the main box wide open, didn't even put it back together when finished. I took their recommendation and got a new circuit board. That wasn't the problem. They charged me $150 for incorrect 'service' and I was out the cost of the circuit board. I called about 20 times to speak with the owner about this. He never called back. In fact, the office must have somehow blocked my calls, because they never even answer anymore. Lacking in any knowledge of front gates, and NO customer service. It's a shame that the owner doesn't give a crap about his customers. Stay away from this company for gate repair.
