had a pretty brief but memorable experience: i asked him if he could retrieve a file from my computer so that i could verify the datestamp forensics, and he asked me a few questions before explaining to me that he only deals with attorneys, which is understandable due to the nature of his business, but starts getting visibly annoyed when i told him that im trying to keep my expenses low (im just a blue collar worker, with a learning disability, falsely accused in a legal matter), and then when i explained to him that i DO have an attorney he starts getting all bent out of shape and lies to me and tells me that he doesnt do my kind of forensics, but i mean, talking to me like a REAL PR*CK, totally unprofessional and hurried, i totally get it if youre trying to make a living and you have high-end clients who arent trying to pinch pennies, but theres a way to talk to people, and he DOESNT have the patience to deal with people with disabilities.... he referred me to someone who was EXTREMELY patient with me and VERY courteous and went out of his way to try to help me but there wasnt anything he could do so he actually told me that Tom might be in the best position to help me, and when i contacted tom again to try to explain a little more and that his referral sent me back to him, he lost it, and sent me a VERY unprofessional and rude email, with NO explanation of why he was refusing to do anything for me, like a total whackjob, i feel like all these other reviews cant possibly be real.. i mean, i know they are, and the dude isnt a trained psychologist and doesnt have to be nice to everyone, especially if its very obvious off the bat that hes not going to make much money off me, but theres a way to talk to people when things arent going as smoothly as they normally go with other clients... and he does NOT have that skill. probably does a bang up job at the office for all i know, and if the reviews are real then he obviously does, but that doesnt mean hes not a pr*ck, he is. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Prior to retaining their hidden camera sweep services, I verified through the company's Chat that their equipment could detect surveillance devices located behind furniture/walls. They responded "Yes, we are a law firm with TSCM counter surveillance experts. We use very expensive equipment and can find hidden cameras in walls, furniture and other property." Unfortunately, they failed to detect a hidden camera that I placed in my apartment to confirm that their equipment could locate the device. When I brought this to their attention, they responded by stating that their job was to find the suspect's camera - not my cameras. Additionally, they ran a background check on the suspected party, without asking me, and claimed that they typically charge $775 for the service - I already had a background check performed, yielding the same results, for a cost of $150.
