Sorry customer support, wanted to get a quote for a new a/c system, I saw the lady behind the counter writing down my info she said she would leve it on the owners desk, never heard a word, called and left a message, no one called me back.. and then the owner gets mad because I had the nerve to give him a negative review on Google.. looks to me this is his problem failure to communicate with potential customers who come in when he is not there. He needs a better attitude and better help managing the office. I had a budget of 6,000 to 7,000 dollars for this needles to say he will never get a second chance for my business. read more
