Absolutely horrible service! We have been 2 months trying to get a part shipped. We could have driven from WV to MS with a lot less aggravation. Oh, and the part we are waiting on, it's from a defect in the metal from a mower we bought new a year ago. Unbelievable!! No luck trying to call the main office, if you are lucky enough to actually get someone to answer the phone( most of the time a recording comes on to tell you that your operation cannot be completed), they just make up some story and PROMISE to ship it out the next day, or at the end of the week, but it as not happened- 2 months we have been waiting. HOWSE - IT'S TIME TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!! This was a major purchase for us and a much needed piece of equipment. I realize that getting this part to us may not be your top priority (since it's costing you not us) but please do the right thing. We do not have the luxury of going out and purchasing another mower. Since it's been 2 months I asked if they could overnight it to us, and they refused. read more
