The inspector that looked through the home was Greg, and he was very knowledgeable and approachable regarding my questions and concerns. I ended up followed him during the walk-through and was able to ask whatever question I needed, and he answered them with very well-informed responses by explaining the current condition, and suggestions for repair in the future. He also did a very thorough inspection, and caught things I would not have thought to check otherwise during my own walk-through. The report I received was very thorough and informative as well, going over-and-above highlighting just the issues, by including pictures and facts about the types of systems I had in the house and what to look out for with each one. He even went as far as chatting with me on a personal level about where I went to college, and the area I had just moved from (Pittsburgh), so it made for a great overall experience.
