The appetizer table was a huge display of a variety of cubed cheeses, toast and crackers, olives, and some grapes and blueberries. The dinner buffet had a nice tossed salad, focaccia and butter, pasta in a cheesy red sauce, haricots vert, chicken in an artichoke and onion sauce with melted mozzarella cheese on top, and roast beef au jus with great horseradish!

This all changed on the 22nd of December because they hosted an incredible market there that day. The name of it escapes me, but it was a creepy Christmas extravaganza! Right up my alley. I had so much fun talking to and buying from the vendors and spent way too much on presents for loved ones. It was two floors, but the elevator was easily accessible, which is a nice touch for us disabled folks. The upstairs was just as lovely. The staff was incredibly helpful and didn't appear to hate their jobs, which counts for something. The smiled as I got my drink at the bar, they smiled when I was on the first floor and needed to throw something out, and they even smiled as I walked in. They all do a great job there, especially with the place so clean and decorated for the holidays. I had so much fun here. I shopped. I drank. Heck, I even sat with Krampus. Merry Creepmas. 5 stars

The space we utilized was the Lock Tenders Landing Room which was appropriate for our meeting size. It was clean, comfortable and ideal for our needs. It was also very affordable compared to other space rental vendors in the area. We will absolutely utilize Space Between again in the future.

Our coordinator, Michelle, went above and beyond our needs to make sure our rental was successful. It was very affordable. The surroundings were inspirational. The Tri-Main building is a true Buffalo landmark, if not a national one! A historical spot. And…read moremuch more. Unrecognized as such, it deserves attention. I've driven past this large, factory-looking structure, since my childhood! I remember thinking this building looks a bit eerie, abandoned, sort of out of space in the middle of the city, right on Main Street. Never did I know till this week any of the following: The Tri Main Building in Buffalo, was originally built by Henry Ford's favorite architect. It was one of the first factories outside of Detroit where Ford would build his iconic cars. During WW2, Bell Aircraft used the building to develop the top secret P-59, American jet fighter. You can see this aircraft in the Smithsonian Museum in DC now! Although Bell's plant was just minutes down the road, the Tri Main offered some advantages for the discrete development of a new type of airplane. One, the multi story building was built with massive supports to carry the weight of Ford's auto manufacturing equipment- building an airplane would require such construction. Two, the site was far enough removed from the factory to avert attention and railroad tracks running adjacent to the building would make transporting goods in and out relatively easy while maintaining a low profile. In the event the Germans ever developed the ability to fly their bombers to the US, the roof was also disguised with small buildings to appear as though it was not a manufacturing facility. A side rail was constructed during the war adjacent to the building and holes busted out of the wall below grade where the main train tracks ran parallel to the building. From this discrete location, the P-59 was loaded onto a train parked beside the building in the middle of the night and secretly snuck out to California for flight testing. Some of the windows were painted over with black paint to keep prying eyes from seeing what was going on inside as well as the siderail that allowed the traincar to pull up close. Originally set-up on the second floor, the project apparently eventually enveloped the entire building. Most residents/tenants of the building today are likely unaware of its' past! The Buffalo Arts Studio is located on the 5th floor. A wonderful space for artists to work and teach art to the public. There are several other businesses and even an occupational school in this building today. Journeys End Refugee Services houses their main office here. Due to COVID-19 the office is operating remotely for now. This is certainly adaptive-reuse and mixed-use of a historical structure. Six floors and 575,000 total square feet! Huge! The lobby has some interesting art pieces. Generally a very nice industrial/art vibe. You can see the original floor has markings from long ago. Nearby is the People's Park, a small community garden/green space on Main near Jewett. In the past, several special events have been hosted at the Tri-Main Center like art shows, computer and gaming events. Mundo Images art and photography business is very cool and it's housed here. The LunchBox cafe and catering is also in operation weekdays. All worth checking out! Don't you love Buffalo? I do!

Multi-use building nestled between Central Park and the Parkside community. This place is 6 floors…read moreof amazingness with plenty of businesses within the facility. They do have two parking lots I've seen and it's free that's always a plus in my book. I've walked around a few times and everyone is really friendly and open to visitors and questions. You'll find yourself in deep conversations way longer than you anticipated. They have everything in here! I mean EVERYTHING Fitness Gym (which just opened today) , housing programs,The Lunch Box, Schools, Art Programs, Dance Programs, Tech companies, Doctors offices etc. Spoiler: The 5th floor does happen to be my favorite there are plenty of art studios and creative thinkers. The Buffalo Arts Studio has plenty of studios that artists work in and plenty of classes offered to all ages. I can say I wish there was more interaction between this building it's occupants and the community surrounding it. If your an entrepreneur just starting your business, a new artist wanting to take a pottery class, or maybe your just in the neighborhood trying to find a bite and some coffee you should definitely check this place out!

Five stars for this wonderful HQ Regus Office space I needed a space close to Grand Island. That…read morecould be me two offices for two days. This one is on Grand Island and I made the reservation from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Kristy who greeted us warmly, and went way above and beyond to make us. Feel welcome and comfortable. She assisted us with coffee and tea and places to order lunch, and generally just made a workday away from our home. Bass a wonderful experience. The Office space was clean, nicely appointed, very accessible, and had clean large accessible ladies room. It was easily accessible by quick UBER ride from our hotel. I would highly recommend the HQ, Graham Island, and and particularly grateful to Kristie for making our stay very comfortable.
