The customer service and attention to detail by these two members of Staff is exemplary. My miserable moment was turned into a magic moment solely by the help given to me. Peter and Niki went out of their way to help. On a previous visit I watched Niki deal with a very rude and obnoxious person in a very professional way. I will always try this store first for my DIY needs even if it means travelling 20 miles from my UK home.
