We've also had Honda's and taken them to him for servicing with confidence. We are now about to take our Audi's to him, and we would have no hesitation to trust Terry with any vehicle. He takes pride in his work, he charges a reasonable amount and will always fit us in. The NRMA in Prestons passed us onto the Royal Smash Repairs to get our car fixed after we had a little collision last weekend when it was raining. An NRMA recommendation generally indicates that the repairer that has good ethics (IE. you wont get screwed over and end up having to pay more than what you should, or fixing something that wasn't broke to begin with) and great customer service. Today my boyfriend dropped our car here to be fixed, and the place was full of cars, so this place obviously gets a lot of business. The wait to get the car back after repairs are complete is going to be longer than we expected (today is Friday and he said it wont be ready until Thursday - considering all he needs to do is repair the front right hand panel near the headlight, I thought that was a bit long) however my boyfriend assured me that the man was very straight and reliable, that he had a lot of work he needed to prioritize and that he would do the best job on his car, and that he'd rather have someone who looked after it properly and took a little longer than someone who was just willing to provide a quick fix, with the sacrifice of thoroughness. When dealing with the health and well being of your car, peace of mind is very important to reassure you that you're making the right decisions about it.
