Texas Chai is my outstanding favorite to your HTEAO I have tried several of teas and cannot top it I highly recommend this flavor I had recommended this location after customer service is top-notch and they always provide service with a smile. Also love the water and that it is highly filtered. It just tastes crisp and pure. That's what they make the tea with. I love HTeaO, just not this location! I had one here a few months ago and it had a weird taste so threw it out. Today went and got to order at 4:02, after being in line. He said I was not in the Happy Hour, sad. So just ordered a LG instead of my normal Huge. Tea was watery taste. Not my good Midwest City tea that I'm a regular at. So disappointed, I paid full price! I'm in love. Guys, I wasn't even a tea drinker & now I'm obsessed! They have a drive thru but I'll go inside 100% of the time because this place vibes tea and energy and happiness. The moment you step inside you're greeted with a friendly welcome and that smell of tea. Sounds odd but HTeaO smells really good! The water and ice they use is ultra pure and can be purchased by the bottle or gallon. Happy hour every day. Fresh fruit/mint add-ins make for a unique beverage if you're into that. But honestly, the tea out of the fountain is the absolute best you'll ever have. My favorite flavors are sweet Almond and the Texas Chai. read more

I love HteaO and I come every other day to grab their yummy tea but the one off of western and 119th have horrible service. I often choose to run inside because it's much quicker than the drive through. I'm usually very patient especially when getting food but I think it's ridiculous to have to wait on average 10 min for a single tea. This seems to happen often. Today when I chose the drive through knowing it would be a whole fiasco and it took 15 min after we got to the window to get our drinks. When the lady at the drive threw asked about our drinks another lady said "I didn't even know that was an option". I don't think making coffee and tea should be a 20 min job every day. I think the place is ran by high school students that have no care for their wait times. read more

The service is so slow. We waited a long time to have our order taken. The drive thru is moving insanely slow. We finally get to the window and the worker asks another worker where our drinks are and her response was "I didn't even know those were an option." So the whole time we've been waiting for our order it was never being worked on. The whole experience took more than half an hour. read more

Hey, hey opening day!! My husband has had his eye on this place since the sign was shown. I didn't get the draw, if I'm honest, at first. I can make tea at home, right? We'll, I entertained his enthusiasm and showed up, actually waited outside for them to open, (have never done that before, but couldn't break his sweet heart), and walked in when the doors first opened. I take back everything I said about being able to make this at home... There was quite a wait line for the doors to crack. It warmed my heart when I saw a member of the team get surrounded by loved ones, in some capacity, and get prayed over. I loved it. I mean, we could all use a little prayer right now, right? When we walked in, I saw how the store is really set up well for a smaller space. It's nicely decorated with plenty of offerings from Yeti items to of course, tea. The tea is abundant and they even have fresh fruit that you can add for an additional charge. I got the sweet coconut tea. Honestly, it's going to be hard to try anything different. It's so freaking good. They have happy hour from 2-4 on a typical day, but today was happy hour all day. You bet your sweet cheeks I'll be back! Go get tea. It's totally worth it. read more

Me and my husband's go pretty frequently we love the teas and the employees are always so nice I suggest using the app you can order on their or have them scan at checkout you earn sips which adds up to happy hour pricing for the first 50 for 75 you get a free large or mini gallon and 100 is a free gallon the teas are amazing I'm not big on green tea but the sweet almond green is amazing my husbands favorite is the raspberry among all the teas we have tried we have enjoyed them and the customer service is always great everyone is always so nice and welcoming and sees if you need help with anything I love going inside because you can put however much Ice you want in your cup and fill your tea yourself and try samples it was overwhelming when I first went in because there's so much but it was amazing I highly recommend this location read more

The tea has always been very fresh, but the service every time we've been in has sucked. I worked in food service for a long time and understood how hectic things can be, which is why we wait a few minutes past pick up time to be safe, but our most recent trip we waited almost exactly an hour for our order. We showed up 20 minutes after ordering, were accused of not paying because the order wasn't ready (I'm not sure you can even order online without payment?), and waited an additional 25 minutes in the lobby. We would have appreciated communication regarding the wait times, but instead, the staff from the back came out to gossip with their friend with zero situational awareness to how many folks were piling into the lobby also waiting for their orders. An older gentleman came in after us and asked us if we were in line to order, to which I responded "go ahead, we are just waiting for our order" which prompted glares from the staff who were gossiping with their friend in the lobby. After waiting a total of 45 minutes we tried the drive through line to get any information on our order, which apparently had been ready the entire time, but not out for pickup in the front. The whole ordeal felt like it was straight out of "Mean Girls", quite frustrating and disappointing. We are just going to wait for the Norman locations to open and hope for the best. read more

Georgia Peach is my favorite color, smell, taste, everything, so I went for a 1/2sweet Georgia Peach tea. My taste is still a little off and avoiding too much sugar, but the flavor was still amazing! The workers were also so kind. No wait, very friendly and on top of everything. I will definitely be back when I can go full sweet and hopefully bump that flavor rating to a 5.
