We should not need to clean the counter tops, front of refrigerator, dust the blinds, clean tabletops and lamps, or vacuum minutes after the housekeeper leaves. However, that is exactly what happened today. We called and spoke to Pam about our concerns. She said their employee followed their training and was utterly unconcerned about the lack of quality. We're extremely disappointed and will use a different cleaning company who cares about the quality of service. read more

I have used Hubbard's twice. The first time they forgot to dust any furniture. The second time I ordered a "deluxe" $918 cleaning where they were supposed to clean just about everything. They did not but I didn't spot it at the time bc there were so many things they were supposed to do. I emailed them about the deficiencies and a week later I had not heard from them so I emailed again. I was told they tried to call me several times but couldn't leave a message bc my voicemail "kept cutting out". I responded that I had no missed calls from them and there was nothing wrong with my voicemail. They never apologized but today offered me a 50% refund "in my account". I shouldn't have to inspect every single thing they do before they leave and then send repeated emails to make it right if I missed something. I have never had to tell a cleaning company they missed something before.. not once, but twice. I have no intention of trying this company a third time. read more

I just recently got a new condo and it was pretty gross from the person who lived tehre before so I hired Hubbard's for a total of 6 hours. The place was completely empty and I told them to focus on things like the cabinets, dusting, floors, bathrooms, and pretty much anywhere they could reach. The place isn't very big, and again it was entirely empty with no furniture. I went in afterwards hoping to see a spotless place but it was pretty much the opposite. I ended up having to go back and clean the entire place myself, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. I paid over 400 dollars for 6 hours of service for essentially nothing. The day after my service I got a call from Hubbard's asking if I was satisfied. I said that they weren't as thorough as I had hoped, and she proceeded to pretty much ignore what I said and asked if I wanted recurring services to which I obviously responded no. From my experience with Hubbard's, I would never ever consider hiring them again. read more

They'd showed up an hour late and then did a walk through for the "deluxe" cleaning service and reported back to the office. I have cameras and since I was unable to be home I was sure to check in. The woman kicked the toys around on my child's floor and when they reported back they said "it's REALLY BAD, like a 10. There's POOP on the floors and counters!?!? POOP?? I have never. I have small children so never is a stretch but I would never have left that, but this woman made it out like it was everywhere. I needed help. Four kids, my own business I wanted to get a cleaning and then continue every two weeks. For $425 I would assume they could do something. Nope. They refused. Said I'd need to clean prior to. What?! I literally told the rep I would pay for a second deep clean if necessary because I knew I needed the help. I am now on the search for a cleaning company that actually understands someone that needs a cleaning and not just dusting and wiping down. My aunt cleans houses and I have heard some disgusting stories, my house is a mess. It's overdue for a good cleaning. But the way she talked on the phone was tough. $100 Non-refundable deposit is still a mystery. read more

Hired to wipe down walls, windows, ceilings, trim, and clean floor in 3 BR home. The maid wiped down part of 2 bedrooms in a 4-hour block of time. Running a finger over the areas that were allegedly wiped down still show dust. Floors were not touched. Hubbard charged us the full amount and are hiding behind policy when we asked why the job wasn't completed. Stay away. read more

Worst cleaning service ever! The ladies who cleaned our house did a HORRIBLE job - they left dust from fans on the furniture, dirty rags all over our house, broke a window blind and a light fixture!. They also used cleaning agents that smelled so strongly of chemicals it caused my daughter to have an asthma attack. When I called to complain the manager was extremely rude and accused me of lying! The cleaners admitted to the damage and then when I attempted to reschedule the reclean they refused to honor it! I was told the only day that was available was a Wednesday afternoon - which was when my husband was returning home from Iraq. It took 3 days of airing out the house for the smell to leave and at 7 months pregnant I had to reclean almost the entire house. read more
