They worked me in immediately. They gave me tons of info and tools to keep me progressing in my healing process. They even worked with my husband to teach him how to stretch out my arm to keep it mobile. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and after 2 and 1/2 weeks I left with more use of my shoulder ( and less pain) than I have had in months. I would strongly recommend Wade and his team.

I've been in physical therapy two times, both with Drayer, but at different locations. My first…read moreround of PT left a bad taste in my mouth, and I was very negative and skeptical at first when starting my 2nd round of PT. I started my 2nd round due to just having had TMJ Bilateral arthroplasty with disc plication. My first round, I had not had surgery yet and it was 2-3 years prior. I walked into Drayer PT in Millersville, one day during my lunch break. I asked if they had a TMJ specialist, or at least someone who knew/experienced with TMJ. Adam, the clinic director, stated that he did, and help set me up with paperwork to have an initial consult. As I said, I was not very optimistic about this round of PT, and I made it clear. Adam did an extremely thorough initial exam/consult. He spent over an hour with me, getting to know me, my habits, and my goals and issues. My previous PT, I can't remember putting in this much time during the first visit. Upon starting biweekly PT, my first apt I could open my jaw to about 24mm, when I finished PT after 1.5months, I could open to 40mm. I feel so lucky to have gotten Adam, as every visit he would take measurements to show me that progress is possible. I started to feel more hopeful and optimistic about PT. He is very personable and will tell you about his own life, which helps to establish trust. I actually began to look forward to going to appointments. Adam was great, very attentive and the best PT I could've asked for. Their staff is wonderful, especially the PT tech, Sarah, also was very sweet and the best tech ever. This location never has too many patients in it at once, so you truly feel that you are getting the appropriate amount of attention. The most amount of patients I've seen at a appointment was 3, including me. Honestly this was a great experience and it 100% changed my perspective on PT. Adam was awesome and none of this would be possible without him! Highly recommend this location.

Also it was my first appointment when I booked I got no less then 15 texts and emails and j filled them out it was very confusing. Was told to arrive on time unless I needed to fill out forms I show up on time and show them the forms on my phone they don't have them. They deduct the time from my massage. Not a way to win new clients. My woman massage was in the hall way (seen her on my way to bathroom) seemingly very anxious talking to herself while she prepared (so she wasn't ready when i arrived anyway) she left me for an extended time to undress, asked for water she forgot, you won't get a full hour here no matter what as they deduct the time for them to get ready. Had an injury she worked on that area but was a little to harsh with moving it expecting me to be able to move it as normal. Check out was all about rebooking me even when I said I needed to see if it had even been helpful and then to pressuring me to use a male there. Wasn't thrilled, won't be back, never tell someone they need to move past a value they have
