I have been taking my cars there for 20+ years and believe me your car will look in "as new" condition if you take it there. You should know this isn't a $15 drive thru car wash but you get what you pay for. The car is fully detailed inside and out and includes a real coat of liquid wax. If you're like me I prefer my car to be waxed with Zymol which is an extra cost option and is the highest quality paste wax money can buy but it's well worth it. If you're going to spend between $80k and $100k why not keep it looking like new, this is the shop you want to use to accomplish that.

I asked my mechanic who thought it was a dealership issue. Before I went to the dealership I decided to call a body shop to see if they could do this repair. I called Lentz Auto Body in Belford. I was told to bring it in 2 days hence. I dropped it off AT 8:30AM explained the issue and left. Lentz called back at about 11:30 -12:00 and reported that it was fixed. They actually said it was working fine after they removed the interior panel and sprayed the electronics with lubricant/silicone/whatever. NO CHARGE!!! A dealer would charge you $200.00 just to look at the car! I brought it to LENTZ Auto Body based on the reviews which are pretty positive. I am adding this review as another pro LENTZ Auto Body! Their business model is a high-pressure sales tactic to upsell you to a $30 car wash no matter how many times you say no they don't listen. It's unbelievably frustrating. And even then you don't get the full car clean. The garbage can system can't seem to wash the back of the car. The front and sides look great but my trunk lid and the back bumper were still just as filthy as when I drove in ..... and when I complained about it all they said was well....What do you expect for a $12 car wash. Maybe to get my money back! It's a rat hole full of thieves.

I decided not to do that and looked into chrome delete instead to give me the appearance I was looking for. After being quoted over 1300$ for it by a few shops, I managed to come across Jaime's business. I reached out to him and he called me back immediately. He spoke to me in depth on the phone and quoted me a great price, well under the others. I told him as soon as the car comes in he will have my business. It would take another 4 months for to my car to be built and arrive. during this time, I periodically reached out to Jaime reminding him I was going to use him and to also let him know my husband would be using him as well. He always responded right away. Fast fwd to us both getting our cars within a few days of eachother. we stopped in to speak to Jaime in person and get a real price for all the work we would do. I went in for chrome delete but wound up getting so much more done. I had the windows tinted, the chrome delete, ceramic, front PPF, the calipers painted, and the rims powder coated. My husband did the same to his car as well minus the calipers and rims. Jaime let us drop off our cars immediately upon delivery and he dedicated his time to our cars over the next few days. My car was done in two days and my husband's took a-little longer because he also had it lowered at a different shop that Jaime worked with. Jaime would txt us both photos throughout the process though and always kept us in the loop. He also washed the car for us and made sure it was nice when he handed it back to us. Fair pricing, not over inflated. Jaime is honest and he and his crew are very hardworking. Quality was not sacrificed. When I went to pick my car up it looked so different and I loved it. I did notice though that the front tints were darker than what I had originally asked for. It was supposed to be 35% but was accidentally 20. when I brought it up to Jaime, he made sure to let me know it wasn't going to be an issue and that he would correct it. I bring it back this week actually to be redone. Mistakes happen and it's not a big deal to me. It was how he responded that mattered. Loving how my car looks and knowing it's more protected than before has been wonderful. If I ever need any further work done I know I can count on Jaime and he'll be the first person I call.

Drove out looked at car there was still mud which was now wet all on the rims the power dry would have been better if I had stood in front of the car and blew on it with my breath. This is why I wash my car myself.....so I know it gets done properly but I had spine surgery so that just wasn't an option at the time.
