Great find and absolutely delicious and real honey as I ordered this combo package consisting of the Christmas Magic variety, the apple honey, cinnamon and finally the toasted marshmallow. The honey was thick and slow to drip. Loved the complex and evolving flavors and that gorgeous, pleasant lingering aftertaste, not just a flat sweetness. It got better with every tasting and my eyes got bigger and so did the smile as I went down the table. I would NOT recommend ordering from them. Unfortunately, I never read their reviews prior to ordering; and I regret ever doing so. I placed my order on March 22nd...and as of today, I haven't received ANY information. I wrote an email on April 22nd asking for the status; but no one responded. I called a week later and was told the "the infusing process can take up to six weeks". But the website stated a few days to THREE weeks. On MAY 10th, I wrote again...but no response. I called them today (JUNE 8th) at 11:47am and was greeted by a recording that said they are opened MON thru FRI, between 9am to 5pm. But...today is Monday; and the time I called was 11:47am. I had them come across my social media feed and ordered a tropical bundle on 2/12/26. I kept getting emails from them exclaiming how they hope I'm enjoying my honey and here's a recipe for you......and I started to think this was a scam since I had not yet received the honey. I FINALLY got a tracking number and my honey FINALLY arrived today 3/25/26, just a day shy of SIX WEEKS after my order. When I got the notification that it had been delivered I was excited to try some, but the box was damaged and product very poorly packaged, a lid broken from one of the bottle and honey all over the inside of the bag. I took a look at the refund policy on the website and it states "Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange." Nowhere to leave reviews on their web page or social media....but I was already disappointed that it took so long and now I'm just pissed. It was 3 months from the time I ordered to the time it was delivered. I am so glad I waited. This is a quality product! I ordered the Orange Tumeric, Ginger, Lemon and a clover. Very good honey and I'll be ordering again. It may have taken a while but I received constant communication and knew when they were infusing, packaging and shipping my order. According to the communication, they have made several upgrades to facilitate faster deliver. I hope not so fast that it effects the product though. read more

While the wait time was extended, the owner did communicate thru email about the delays, which I totally empathize with and understand (ill family member). I received my order today 8/20/26 after placing my order in May. I was updated many times about where my order was in the process. I first noticed this company on social media and I can well appreciate how many orders were received inundating the entire process. I can understand the delay in shipment. Waited almost two months for my order. Nothing but a TON of junk emails all saying they were working on your batch. I email and ask about my order, crickets, no auto reply. So I write again and tell them they have terrible customer service...that's it. No swears or attacks. They write " Dont be insulting. I have kind in our conversation and expect the same" . Rather than addressing the fact that his website and my receipt both said I would receive my order within a few days to 3 weeks and it has now been over 7 weeks with no indication that my order is even close to being shipped, he would rather accuse me of not being truthful than actually address his poor business practices. I am extremely disappointed. I placed my order on March 10 and it is now June 14. After weeks and weeks of waiting, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge and I received a full refund. I tried to reach out via email several times with no response. The company did send periodic emails which I haven't received an email quite some time and at that point I just gave up on trying there honey. Apparently, this company has a well earned reputation on how long they take to ship your order. I placed my order 2/28/26. I received my order today, 5/4/26. The package was damaged, and one of the honey jars had leaked. The plastic bag that my order came in was covered in honey. I cannot believe this company is in business. Where's my order? The worst service I've ever had on my 70 years. They take your money immediately upon ordering then make sad excuses the not being able to deliver on time. It's been 4 months!! Customer service: they don't answer phone calls, have automated AI responses that are meaningless and continue to send out excuses for not delivering product. The only positive comments appear to come from people that live in the general area of Pennsylvania, where the farm is. I think that tells a huge story. Please be careful if you're ordering and prepare not to get your order at all or to get it months and months later. The owner, Jim, sends out constant messages, saying how great their business is now doing, expresses apologies for delay, delays, and his wife who is undergoing cancer treatment is now better. That's all nice but businesses can have family challenges, but yet the business goes on and they don't keep asking for more orders with their fancy advertising. Ironically, I just received a postcard yesterday saying come back to us, order our peach honey is now in. I just want my order that I placed in February. This is absolutely insane. The honey is delicious. It's a great product when it arrives. The problem is I still haven't received my order placed on 2/17 and it's 4/8. The business already charged my credit card over a month ago when I ordered but I've received nothing. Emails have gone unanswered. Generic emails occasionally come out from company saying they apologize for delay but due to owners injury, things are delayed. I'm not sure I'll ever get my order and unlikely to order again. Updated review: ordered honey samples and a small "blind box" for an Easter basket. It was supposed to take up to 3 weeks to arrive, but like most everyone here says, it took longer. I received my order the day after Easter (so I had to get something else for the basket), about 5.5 weeks after ordering. I was also worried this was a scam since I came across this company via a social media ad. Ultimately, it's not a scam, I received what I ordered, it just seems the company is having a lot trouble keeping up with the orders received. They might want to consider a pause to their campaign since this is affecting their fullfillment and customer satisfaction. Or at least update the shipping timelines from the 3 weeks. As for the honey, they offer many unique infusions. And, I have to admit, it is very good. I wouldn't do a blind box again. I didn't find a huge value to it, but it did contain a Lychee honey which is actually very good and will go well in tea (there was also a tasty Watermelon honey). I don't know if I would order from this company again, but possibly since the honey itself is good, with many fun flavors, and I do think it's just a small business having trouble keeping up with sudden demand. We work with hundreds of American makers through My American Goods, and unfortunately Huckle Bee Farms has been by far the most difficult vendor experience we've encountered. Orders went unfulfilled for over two months with extremely limited communication, leaving us to manage frustrated customers, refunds, and growing chargeback risk entirely on our side. We were initially understanding and patient regarding the owner's family health situation. However, while severe fulfillment backlogs remained unresolved, the company publicly announced expansion efforts and construction of a larger facility. From a retail partner perspective, this was difficult to understand while customers with 60-90 day old orders were still waiting for fulfillment or updates. At one point, customers who placed orders nearly 3 months prior were still without clear answers. What was most disappointing was not simply the delays themselves, but the lack of proactive communication and accountability toward both customers and business partners, and when there was any communication it was rude, vague and condescending. We ultimately refunded multiple customers out of pocket because protecting customer trust mattered more to us than protecting margins. With over 200 maker relationships, we understand that delays and operational issues can happen. What matters is transparency, communication, and respect for the customer experience. I'm currently in the same boat as a lot of other people here. I ordered a single jar of honey on Feb. 15th. I waited about a month and emailed to find out what was going on with the order. They said "injuries" had slowed down their production and shipping, whatever that means, and that I would get it soon. It's now been another two weeks and nothing. That's SIX WEEKS for a single jar of honey, and I still haven't gotten it. If I get another shrug off email and don't receive it by the end of this week, I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. But last Christmas the service was very slow, almost taking it to the very last minute even though I ordered well within their guaranteed time. They had excuses but came through. I ordered a gift box February 19th when it was showing 15 days shipping. I called on March 18th and was promised it would go out with the shipment going out. It's April 2nd and still hasn't shipped. I posted on a new ad they posted today for wedding favors of all things. Within minutes they deleted my post and blocked me. So I am left no choice but to leave my reviews everywhere I possibly can. I have emailed asking for update with no response. I have seen documentation stating honey is not mass produced. I'm terribly sorry they're going through a hard time but it doesn't give an excuse to take peoples money and leave them with no product or response, if you're going to give a 4 day to 2 week window for shipping, you should honor that not just expect people to be ok with waiting (especially after they've been charged) due to your own circumstances.
