It has been some months since I have tried this location again. The last time, I had to ask for a refund on the car wash. On that occasion it soaped up my car but didn't rinse it off. Since then I tried their brand new one at 14th St and it is no better at cleaning. I was optimistic and tried this south side one again. This car wash has the spraying power of a child with a garden hose, imo. It did NOTHING to remove the summertime bugs from my bumper. It did remove dust from my car. Woo hoo!! Also they evidently recycle the water. Normally recycling is a good thing. However, in the summer (82 degrees currently) the water stagnates when there's not enough fresh water used. Immediately after using this wash today my car has a distinct stench of stagnant water, like you would smell in a scummy pond. The blower to dry off the car has the power I would equate to a 90 year old with emphysema trying to blow out candles. After the wash was over I stood in the sun to dry off my car that I'd already paid to dry off. Then I went to the vacuum. It smells like a wet dog. The duct tape they used to repair the hose us become frayed. Also in the hot sun its gooeyness stuck to my hand. So after it was done I went inside to wash my hands. And by the way just walking the short hallway to the rest rooms, the place screams of neglect. Marks all over the walls and chunks out of the walls. Although this location is a convenient distance from my home, the only reason for me to return is to gas up. I won't use the car wash and I will try to avoid the store inside. The owners have money but obviously are reluctant to spend it so the customer can have a good experience.

Lots of normal store items drinks and chips and road needs as well as candy and more. Prices were as expected. This place has been around for a couple years but is well kept.

We have been stopping here for years when visiting family in the area and always had great experiences. They also prepare and serve food items including pizza's. They offer online ordering through their app along with a customer rewards program to earn discounts on gas and other items. They are a short distance to interstate 64 and have clean bathrooms.

Ended up in a cursing and yelling match with the manager in the store. They made me get that way as that seemed to be the only way to ever get a refund out of this place without going to ​court. I do not recommend going to this store the manager was an ass. They ​ have lost thousands of dollars of future purchases from me because of this. They also basically demand your phone number when making a purchase so they can track your purchases and sell your information to online data brokers. I no longer give my phone number out to anyone. If you want your identity stolen and your information. Stored and sold. Shop this store. However, if you need to return something good luck buddy.
