I have mostly visited this clinic for my dental care, and overall my experience has always been excellent. However, I was quite disappointed with my recent visit. The staff informed me that the pre-authorization would be submitted on the day of my appointment (Feb 5, 2026). When I followed up today, more than two months later, I was told that the documents had not yet been sent, but would be submitted today. This is not meant as a complaint, but rather a gentle reminder to help improve administrative follow-through. Small oversights like this may not seem significant, but they can become important for patients and even affect their overall experience. I hope attention can also be given to these administrative processes alongside clinical care. read more

I've seen Dr. Glowski for 35 plus years now and for the first time in my life I'm considering seeing another doctor. It's not him. It's his staff. They just do not care about patients. Nor do they listen when u call in. I told them repeatedly my name was Elizabeth and he kept calling me Linda then told me I had never been a patient and to call back next week for new patient scheduling. I told him again my name is Elizabeth. He then goes oh okay. Well you still got to call back next week cuz we don't have anything for the next 2 weeks. I want to give an update on Brain Hudec's office. The first appointment, the first appointment they made me pay 618.00$ for a mold of my mouth. I didn't know they didn't even speak to my insurance company, so when everything went bad with them. He almost killed me, they returned all of the insurance company money. Still, the person on SSI that's the money won't return when asked for the mould of my mouth they told me they threw that away and that's before I even stopped going there so if you're on a fixed income, please don't go to Hudec Dental. I don't know what type of crap they got going on now with people they hiring I don't know, but when I come in and you schedule me for a crack tooth a month out and the day comes three hours before the appointment you call me And I want to come in earlier I said no because I'm working man and I have to request off time ahead of time you said OK that's fine. You can keep your appointment for 4 PM. I leave work early lose money rush over here like a madman for you to tell me, I'm at the wrong location, you called me and you talk to me no the hell you didn't. This dental office was very professional and comforting. I has the same dental assistant, Aiysia, throughout my hour spent in the office. They were completely transparent with me and explained everything in term I could understand. Dr Suh hee Kim made me feel like I was in good hands as well. At the end of my appointment they went over everything financial with me in terms of my insurance which other offices do not do I look forward to seeing this professional team again in a week. They are kind and nice. But if you want unnecessary work they always find something to do. Per a friend who knows someone there they're told to find something wrong even if it means making it up to make money. I was told I had a SMALL cavity between tooth 19&20, and 29&30. They went too deep on 20 resulting in a need for a root canal. They irritated tooth 29 but not deep enough so it eventually calmed down. Stay away from Hudec practice. Pretty much I think these corporate companies aren't to be trusted. My horror story continued after leaving there but at this point I'd rather have my teeth fall out then trust a dentist to touch them again. read more

The practice on Puritas is awful.. the doctor didn't say two words to me, Dr. Suh Lee. and she was so rude to her assistant. She came in dug around in my mouth and gave my treatment plan to her assistant and I had questions about certain issues but she had already left and never even asked me how I was, do I have questions, nothing! and then... I had to reschedule my root canal, and of course she went on vacation for 3 weeks and was in so much pain. I asked if I could just get my cavities filled by the other doctor while I wait for her to get back do my root canal. But couldn't get it approved bc she was on vacation. So once she got back I called and I asked on the phone if I should be given antibiotics before my root canal procedure the following Monday. Because I know my tooth is infected and I've been waiting a month to come do this... and the girl on the phone told me that my doctor was off that day (of course).. but would ask the other doctor to prescribe Antibiotics and assured me she would call me when he was done with his patient. Never got a call back. Continued in pain. And had to cancel my root canal bc it was still infected. Doctor Lee was rude, neglected my concerns and my health. and the assistants who promised to get me antibiotics clearly didn't care much either. Wonderful! Dr. Haas is amazing. She takes her time and explains everything. She is VERY thorough. My son was told by another dentist that he needed 12 filings even though we were never shown where they were on xray. We came to Dr. Haas for a second opinion. He needs 3! It is so hard to find a dentist that is not going to be super aggressive just to do more work. I know we are in good hands with Dr. Haas. What a difference!!! I am so thankful my son didn't go ahead and get his teeth drilled 12 times! I highly recommend Dr. Haas. read more

On August 15, 2019, I went to the Puritas Avenue office of Hudec Dental for an initial examination. It had been five years since I was last at a dentist, and I was a bit nervous because the last few times I had been to the dentist (the Hudec Dental office on Lorain Avenue), it was for a root canal, fillings, and to have a wisdom tooth extraction, which hurt badly even though my previous dentist injected three shots of Novocain into my gum. Whereas the Lorain Avenue office is in somber neutral colors, I was pleasantly surprised that the Puritas Avenue office is bright and sunny. After I filled out the paperwork, the dental assistant, a pleasant lady named Cianna, did a series of dental X-rays on me. Once the X-rays were done, the dentist, Dr. Glowski, examined my teeth; he saw that I had the old-fashioned silver amalgam fillings I had gotten from my previous dentist and asked if I wanted them replaced; I replied, "Yes! Please!", given that I recently found out that the silver amalgam fillings are not exactly as safe as initially believed. I have a second appointment in a few weeks to have the old fillings replaced with the newer white composite resin fillings; I also have an appointment to see a dental hygienist for a tooth cleaning, so this review is in two parts - this is part one. Once I get my new fillings and have my teeth cleaned, I will do my best to come to the dentist every six months, as recommended by the American Dental Association. The staff at Puritas are the best! I drive almost an hour just because the service here is that good. Dr G, Mari and the rest of the staff really great at making sure you are comfortable and not in any pain. Dr G does an amazing job at relaxing you and really knows how to bum you up. DO NOT GO HERE! 2 years ago I had 13 teeth filled with them. Every filling has since fallen out and I even lost a tooth they did a "root canal"too. I invested thousands of dollars in this company. Do not go here!!!! This office ripped out my entire mouth and expects the patient to suffer in excruciating pain. I cannot take ibuprofen in large amounts but they dont care to leave you with a swollen face and pain. Also the phone staff at Puritas is rude and nasty!! I cannot say enough about this outstanding practice. I presented to this dental facility with a very complicated case, having had major jaw surgery 30 years ago and having Allenhead screws attaching my lower jawbone together. In 2010, I was brutally attacked in my sleep by my estranged husband after I filed for divorce and a protection order. I suffered from blunt trauma to the face and as a result many of my teeth were punched out by my offender. I went to a number of dentists trying to seek help in a dilemma of pain, abscesses, infections and facial disfigurement and obviously bad appearance that no woman should have to live with. I was completely embarrassed about my facial appearance and holding a job in which requires me to speak publicly numerous times was very hard on me. I frowned from getting pictures taken and I knew if I could taste the infection in my mouth, I was probably offending people I came into close contact with. After several trips to other dentists with no success with improving, and a lot of disappointments, I decided to try Hudec Dental and it was the BEST decision I could have ever made in my life. The staff at that Puritas office is totally awesome! In the line of work I do, I tend to be very observant and everyone works so harmoniously and they ALL greet you, their client with a BIG SMILE! They take genuine concern in all your needs and are very sympathetic to your concerns, fears and recovery. I cannot say enough about office manager Laurie Howard and her IMPECCABLE professionalism and the FANTASTIC staff she has under her jurisdiction. Each of these individuals are absolutely selfless, compassionate and understanding, despite you may be their worst coward when it comes to the dentist. They are very honest with their clients and when they assure you that you have nothing to worry about, you DEFINITELY have nothing to worry about. My hero is Dr Kevin Hardy, who took great care in providing me with a smile I never ever thought I would have again, and his dental assistant, Diamond who is such a flexible individual and highly talented with an infectious personality. To the entire staff at Hudec Dental, I'd like to personally "Thank you" for restoring my confidence, self esteem and helping me overcome the obstacles and removing the unsightly remnants of being a victim of domestic violence. I haven't smiled like this in nearly 8 years and now you've made it POSSIBLE for me to smile 24/7 by leading me to the positive road to recovery. I am so thankful for the Puritas office and the people there. I've had nothing but bad experiences with work done on my teeth since relocating to Cleveland. Felt so traumatized about it I let it go for a year but knew I needed more work done. While starting to feel consistent pain on the left side of my mouth, the search for a new dentist was imperative. Found this office, read the positive reviews, made an appointment and prayed. As much as I hate going to the dentist-from the receptionist Monae to the assistants and the wonderful Dr. Glowski, this team is a gem and my new favorite place. Everyone was super nice and made me feel at ease and comfortable. My issue was addressed in what felt like record time compared to what I've dealt with in the past! I was so relieved and grateful. Excellent Dentist Office. It is in a convenient location with plenty of parking, easy to get there - close to I-71 and Brookpark Road Access. There is a bike trail access going from North Olmsted, Fairview Park, Brookpark Road and Metropark which is nice for the summer. They offer Saturday appointments which are very convenient. I had to search a long time to find a qualifed dentist who is open on Saturdays. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I usually see Dr. Kevin Hardy. He is also very knowledgeable,friendly,patient and understanding, He will answer all of your questions and provides great advice for holistic dental care. He also is very detailed in providing information about my dental care there as well as at home. My friend takes her children to Dr. Hardy and they love him. The pricing is reasonable and comparable to other Dental Clinics and private dental offices in that general area. read more

Poor customer service! I transferred to this Hudec location and they had no information from the previous Hudec location. Considering they are a chain, I would think they'd communicate my information. They required me to get new x-rays when I had just had them at my last appointment. Additionally my appointment was late in the day and the dentist had to examine my teeth before they were even cleaned so he could leave for the day. Everything was done in haste! It's clear that Hudec spends more on marketing than on customer service. read more

Wouldn't give them minus 20 stars but Yelp won't let me express my disgust with this place without! Puritas Hudec dental simply sucks if you have a real problem avoid this place like the plague!! When my embarrassing temporary bridge broke I called them up was assured they were going to take care of me. After a round of X-rays to jack up my insurance I was told they can not touch the bridge because it was done with another provider??? Would have been so much easier to say that over the phone instead of herding me into the office like a blind sheep? Then I'm told by a very rude lady I would have to pay out of pocket to have the bridge fixed and they would provide me pricing for that???? So you can't fix the problem with insurance but with the right amount of cash you will ??? Then the dentist comes in and decides to try and work on a bad tooth I've had for years which was not bothering me nor did we discuss having any work done on that tooth, or the reason I chose to walk through your doors!! I literally got up out of the chair with doctors hands in my mouth and walked out she's lucky she took her hands out of my mouth cause they wouldve been coming home with me. Like a lot people I have limited insurance and even more limited budget, think Hudec dental forgot about the oath you took it's not about the money it's about the people. Wasted over an hour of my time and god knows how much of my insurance. Thanks for all the help and the easing of my already existing fears of dentists and now lack of faith for the whole dentistry community, definitely traumatized for life after this experience. I went to the Hudec dental in Memphis area. I wished I had not. I used to go there years ago and they had a different dentist and staff, that clearly knew what they were doing. The whole office tells lies for one another. And has a I dont care attitude, and it was not me attitude. I was drilled not only in my gums and teeth, but told the reason for the injury was because of anesthetics. The dentist even got the hygienist to lie for him and cover up by saying I made it worse by placing aspirin on the wound when I never placed any aspirin on my wound. I would love to see her lie in my face. Salt Woman SALT IS WHAT I SAID,Learn English, AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND YOU WOULD HAVE NOT MADE A MISTAKE OF WHAT YOU HEARD. Do you really think that they were going to admit that they caused my injury, no lets blame it on the anesthetic. Really well I had this same anesthetic before, and you did not inject me where you said.
