Even though they were two hours from my home in New York, they were absolutely worth the drive. Before making my purchase, I called with a few questions and found them to be more than helpful. When I arrived, my bass was ready and set up perfectly. The entire staff -- including the owner -- was amazing. They took the time to talk with me, made me feel welcome, and even offered me a cup of coffee. I honestly haven't received this level of service or felt this appreciated in a music store in over 25 years.
