In four different instances, I have been refused a scratcher sale, without being provided with a valid reason. The process to sell a scratcher is kinda lengthy and whenever there is this lady, with black hair and a southern accent ( Sicily I guess), I am always turned down. I am Italian as well and it's so sad to see that people, working at a sale point, think that can get away with this kind of behavior.
