We know their products for quite a while now and always bring some home from the States. But now we're able to get some of their great products whenever we're going to Italy. Prices were fair and on the day we visited the Liquid Hand Soaps were on sale: Just 15 Euros for three bottles! Which is a great price....cheaper than in the States even. Staff was friendly and never pushy. The store itself isn't huge, but has everything you'd expect from a Bath And Body Works. We will definitely be back next time we're around Milano.

I don't usually write a review, but I feel like I need to express a sign of appreciation for their…read morecustomer service. I purchased a customized pet's face necklace from crazycatshop.co. The site did mention how long it will take for handcrafting the necklace so I'm okay to wait. I messaged them about the progress just to see how it's going. They reply to my msg within a day telling me the status. When the necklace was done, they emailed me telling me the craftsmanship wasn't as nice as they want it to be and offer to re-make it for me! (I probably wouldn't even tell if I receive the necklace.) Although it took an extra few days for re-do and the wait for delivery took some time, I was sooooooo happy when I receive the necklace! It was perfectly engraved with my dearest Chloe's face and the craftsmanship and quality were outstanding!! I love it so much!! Just want to say thank you for your product and service especially to Serena who follow up all my enquiries. Will be ordering more very soon! :)
