They have no real window that allows their people to look out on the world. They do have a camera system set up that allows the user to see the person, while you still don't see them. I personally wouldn't use this bank, but, if the money is in it for her and she likes it, I seem to not be able to do anything about that. Change it so you can actually make REAL eye-contact with your customer. Cameras just aren't enough!

But after many months of waiting(due to other problems that kept from starting another car insurance policy), things turned for the worse here. With the merger of the smaller Griffin Agency from Red Hook into this bigger company into one, it seems like all those who work here seem to feel they have too much power and may control the entire area's insurance. They used to treat you like family, but now they treat you like you are just another number(policy number) in their database. They told me in January that they'd backdate an additional part of my mothers policy(combination with hers), along with many others. But when it was almost time to start the policy up, we had some communication with them that turned out that nothing was ever done and nothing they said they'd do, ever got completed. Since then, we've contacted another insurance agent in my town to see about switching the policies to these others instead. But while we're in the transition period, our policies are still with this business! When my mother asked me to come in and help her pay for her month's bill (she'll reimburse me later this week) this month, I can truthfully say this whole thing is completely true. The floor may be spotless, but they all act like they are 'top dog' in the Hudson Valley area. Un-merge Griffin Agency, and you'll see more business, as you knew what you had to do and could do things effectively when you weren't merged with them. You still had a passion for your work, when you were not merged a few months ago. But things changed, all our lives changed, but the change is affecting the business negatively.

I called this StateFarm agency and was informed I could take off collision on the car. She never asked if i had a loan. I now found out that with all the loan companies, if you have a loan even if its off the road they still require collision on the car. After auto payments on the loan and all the years paying it off, and putting on and off the road ,i wanted to find out when it was going to be paid off. This is when I found this out and also found out the loan company was billing me for collision insurance monthly for three years and just adding it to my payments. I had went to Tyler, good guy... so it ended up they really needed to fix 2018, so for personal reasons I decided to do my 2019 at a later date. One big thing I hated was privacy was horrible. In the coats closet sized office I heard the guy behind me worked for bard, the person next to me worked somewhere else. Also another pet peeve- I had a $25 referral coupon, FOR NEW CUSTOMERS from my brother. Upon switching H&R Block Locations, because of the privacy issue stated above. The new associate said I can't use it cause I am an established customer. Tyler had scammed me. I will keep on using Kingston location, even if I have to cross the bridge. Lol!

Being first-time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect. There is a lot of stigma around mortgages and banks, and not having ever been customers of KeyBank we really were going in blind! We expected a joyless, uncomfortable experience and prepared for it...imagine our surprise when we walked into our appointment and met an upbeat, friendly person like Susan! Susan is always smiling, very personable, and extremely knowledgeable. We felt comfortable with her immediately after our introductions, she is a people person and she really has a mind for numbers. She answered every single question we had, even sometimes twice when we forgot the answer, but she never was upset about it thankfully! Susan worked with us to figure out a good price range we could afford, explained everything involved in a mortgage from soup to nuts, and put them in terms we found easy to understand without ever making us feel dumb about it! She also worked closely with our realtor from the time we got the pre-approval, and she was in touch with him and our real estate attorney during every step throughout the buying process to make sure we were all on the same page. We don't know how she managed to juggle all of that, but she did! The whole process could have been long and painful, but thanks to Susan's hard work it wasn't! She is a real class act, and was always available by phone, text or email whenever we had a question or needed advice. She worked her magic to make sure we got the best mortgage product for us, at a good rate and she even surprised us by coming to closing with a little housewarming gift! Transferred to Shoshanna, who was so condescending and rude that I was at a loss for words and hung up before getting anywhere. This woman spoke to me as if I had called the bank to get free money, accused me of being irresponsible and "not keeping track of my own balance" and didn't seem to have any useful information to provide. Definitely switching banks after a series of horrible customer service experiences here. Shoshanna should not be permitted to speak with clients on the phone, or should receive training to at least attempt to disguise her callousness and impatience. Unprofessional and a really poor reflection of company values. Where does a lower-middle class person with 4 jobs and a Masters Degree turn for financial guidance?? Not here, obviously.
