I thought the setting was wonderful it was possible to see for miles around. I was pleasently surprised how much this place had to offer as if all that icecream and cakes wasn't enough for you there is also animals which includes donkeys, rabbits, goats, geese, and of course cows and a playground and mini golf. Yes there is mini golf with the most amazing views of West Yorkshire The icecream was simply delicious I have to admit it was difficult to decide from all the yummy flavours 24 in total lucky that it is possible to have scoops of different ones together in one tub. Also they sell large tubs to take away and store in your freezer. It is possible to eat inside the cafe or the is seating outside which is lovely on a nice day. However, you'll find a generous variety of flavours to make your mouth water. My favourite has to be Pistachio, which I found to be just as good as the one I had in Venice. Certainly worth the money if you enjoy it! As well as ice cream and hot drinks, they strangely combine their sweet business by offering a selection of savoury snacks, such as breakfast butties and soups with rolls. These dishes are are a bit pricey but when you consider it's prime location and fine dining experience, it is second to none. Although, saying that, 'geleteria' does sound a bit exotic and unusual, doesn't it? It does sound more enticing than 'ice cream shop' though, so I can see why they'd use that instead. Rich's is primarily a nice little café at the quieter end of Lord Street which offers its customers a pleasant atmosphere in a reasonably-sized area that gives shoppers the chance to take the weight of their feet and have a hot drink and a sandwich or light snack. However, where Rich's really excels is in its range of desserts. As their sign says, Rich's sells ice cream in a variety of flavours and colours, meaning even the fussiest person could find a flavour to suit their tastes (I usually play safe and stick to chocolate myself, but each to their own). Their dessert menu also features a selection of homemade delicacies such as sundaes and huge chocolate éclairs which at three quid are pretty expensive but are definitely worth it, as my éclair-loving friend will testify.

There's so many different flavours to pick from, it always takes me a good few minutes to make a decision. They do have the standard flavours like vanilla, mint choc chip, etc, but to mix things up a little bit, they have some genius ideas, such and ice-cream mixed with sweets, biscuits and other delicious sauces. This time I opted for the Jammie Dodger ice-cream - it was perfectly creamy and had little chunks of biscuit in it. I'm not a massive fan of the ice-cream cones so I opted to have mine in a tub. There are however a few different options when it comes to the cones, there's the standard plain one, a chocolate one and one with sprinkles. This is a cute little café, so there are seats so that you can sit down and enjoy your ice-cream. Alternatively you can walk around with it and watch people ski / snowboard through the viewing area. The prices are marvellous for the quality of the products served. I cannot fault this place at all.

The yogurt based foods are tasty, filling and moreish, and the prices are quite reasonable for the diverse range of products.

We walked in and the décor seemed unfinished, very bare and empty. We walked up to the counter and, even though there were 2 girls, one was serving and one just stood there when there was 3 people waiting in the queue. The frozen yogurt choices aren't posted on their menu board so you have to ask what flavours are - this is no problem for an empty shop but when there are people waiting it does waste time, especially as many people like to decide when they are waiting rather than being put on the spot. The fro-yo itself seemed lumpy and not the same texture as the one we had at the Yog Bar. The chocolate buttons we had tasted off, the sauces that were advertised on the board 'weren't available as they didn't know how to work the machine' - nor were there any other sort of sauce as a replacement - and the toppings were so small it didn't seem worth the money. I was also rather disappointed that the initial cost didn't include at least one topping, instead I paid £3.45 for a medium tub and 40p for 2 toppings (it's 50p for every topping after that). The serving spoon for toppings was white plastic picnic desert spoons which don't hold much, meaning you would be lucky if you got more than half a cookie as a topping. We understand it is a new business to the area so please take this as constructive criticism (and we will re-visit in a few months) but Froyo&Joe didn't appear to be ready to be opened based on the service, shop front and product we received.

You can pick whatever combination of chocolate bars, sweets, biscuits, cakes and cereals, handmade fudge, jelly beans in your shake. Whipped cream for 40p if all this isn't enough. If you would rather have a traditional thick shake then this is also catered for - almond, blackcurrant, passion fruit, pineapple, peach and many more. Dairy free (organic soya milk and soya ice cream) is also available - they have thought of everything, which I am really pleased about. Alternatives are available if you don't want a shake, smoothies, solo juices and fusion juices are popular. Not bad prices, but if they were dirt cheap I would question the quality and also would be at least a stone heavier. So it keeps me from having too many of them.

The produce is actually very nice indeed and their smoothies in particular are very impressive. The place feels relaxed and a lot of fun which is exactly as it should be. The staff are very friendly and they are great at helping you choose if you are unsure and unlike some places they do not try to direct you towards the most expensive product. I really enjoyed my trip to this establishment and came away with a big smile on my face and in my eye that means that they've got the job done. If you have children then take them for the shakes, but if you are a big kid like me then you should check it out as well.
