Best customer service I ever received!!…read more long story short - I bought full ski equipment in this store, and when I arrived home in Israel I was highly dissapointed to discover my shoe boots are in different sizes!! Luckily, Marika from the customer service/marketing department took great care of me and shipped me the right size back! when she found out she shipped it by regular mail, she sent another one by priority mail! boot got stuck in custom, though Marika helped out again, attached the required documents and happy ending :) highly recommended!

We knew we needed another bag. We asked our hotel staff where we can go and they all recommends "The Mall." All cities, big and small, have a mall. So after a short walk... we were there. I was looking for some type of duffle bag and after asking a few people, stopping by a few stores, we ended up at Sportisimo. This really seemed like the perfect place, and it was just a matter of finding the right item at the price point I was looking for. A very nice young man helped me navigate through their very robust inventory. It took a few minutes and I found exactly what I was looking for. The perfect 24" duffle bag that I was able to put 30 pounds of clothes and greatlty reduce the weight of my two bags. Thank you to all the fine people within this shop as well as those individuals that help point me here. KUDOs to the team at Sportisimo for not only helping me but for working with me while we were speaking two different languages.

Last time I went determined to buy a pair of running shoes, but after 30 minutes of bad service and an attitude from the sales guy I left in frustration. Went to another independent sports store in Prague 2 that specializes in running shoes right after. Got great service and a great sale price. Paid and left in 5 minutes.
