Great attorneys. They bend over backwards to handle your case. Federal and State litigation.

Throughout the whole process the staff stood by me and kept me informed. I cannot say enough positive things about each person I dealt with, from intake coordinator Cindy Elliott, case manager Leigh Talley-Nino, and attorneys Adam McClure and Eric Ballou. A big thank you to Leigh for always going above and beyond, making sure my health and any concerns that I had along the way were top priority. To the whole staff at the Frickey Law Firm, THANK YOU; you gave me peace of mind during a stressful, unforeseen time in my life.

Not only did…read morehe fail to advocate for me, but he also missed a critical legal deadline required to fight for the surgeries I desperately needed. Throughout the process, he consistently refused to communicate or provide updates. After missing the deadline and completely mishandling my case, he ultimately filed to remove himself as my attorney, leaving me to deal with the fallout. I lost everything because of his negligence. Do not trust Robert Baumburger. Note to readers: This firm will likely reply to this review claiming I was never an official client. To clarify, Robert took on my case just before joining this firm. While they kept him on staff, they refused to officially onboard my paperwork--a convenient tactic that now allows them to distance themselves from his actions. This review is a direct reflection of the professional misconduct and severe negligence of their specific lawyer, Robert Baumburger.

All he cares about is how many fender bender ambulances chasing despicable cases he can get his hands on as his exact words to me when he bullied me into giving him my motorcycle case in 2013 ("how could you do this to me and go with another law firm, these cases are my BREAD AND BUTTER" cool so I did him a huge favor and gave him the case after he guilt tripped me and said he doesn't settle for anything under $75,000 in anyb motorcycle case. Well. He got hos butt kicked by the insurance company and settled for a Whopping $6,000 roughly. After that I was having extremely difficult times in life and needed representatation for non personal injury cases and he wouldn't take the cases because they were not as profitable cases, so here I was a good person who needed help through difficult times as his slogan so shamelessly claims why he became a lawyer which entirely exposes that statement to be not true whatsoever, as he gladly took , and begged , guilt tripped , and lied about his settlement $75k minimal policy in the "bread and butter motorcycle case" yet left me hanging out to dry when I needed him the most. Warning to any and all who are considering spending your money for his services He is a bully , a liar, and a manipultor who cares nothing about his clients , and only about the money. For more proof and warning of what type of lawyer he is I also had sent him at least 3 big money cases from friends who were looking for representatation , putting literally 10's of thousands of more dollars on his pocket and to this day he hs not even had the decency to say thank you. Please don't say i didn't warn you if you are treated badly and he doesn't respect you and your hard earned tons of money. I got a way better deal on my second DUI when I went with a public defender, than when I hired him for my 1st in 2009. Worst lawyer ever. Smug. Pompous. GRREEDY. There is a surplus of other many choices for legal stuff to take the risk of hiring or giving him your personal injury Case , "his bread and butter" as he calls them. Always absolutely go with a big firm or an attorney. The insurance companies fear the big names and will get you a gargantuan more amount of money than Kevin will. Just remember. $75k. Minimum Was his policy on motorcycle cases. And remember what he actually got me $6k roughly. After that , $69,000 short of what he told me was unfathomable to me , and I should have posted this review after that travesty , but I didn't because I gave him so many chances and so many referrals I finally realized that people needed to know what he is really about. I found a new attorney since than and the way I m treated is night and day difference from the awful experience I have had with Kevin.
