Donald Hufham checked out our lawn mower and wrote up diagnostics that the mower company used to honor our warrantee. He was a nice guy, who communicated with me by email, phone, and text. He knew what to look for when I explained the problem we were having, and seemed experienced and knowledgeable. His business is exactly what I expected: back from the road (so a little secluded), and with plenty of evidence of his business around (mowers and other equipment). The looped driveway is perfect. I felt comfortable dropping off our mower, and he followed through in a timely manner with his diagnosis.
