He responded the same day, cleaned out our tank and then set about to fix the pump. He replaced the pump in a timely manner, ensured that we had the appropriately sized pump for our system (the failed pump was not the correct size for our discharge pipe and height to the leach field), replaced all the float switches including the alarm, ensured that the entire system was working correctly, and charged a fair price.
